1. Services
We provide local, long-distance, commercial moving, and junk removal services in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. All services must be booked online or through approved communication channels.
2. Pricing
All prices listed are estimates and may vary based on scope, distance, and additional services. Final quotes are confirmed before the job begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made directly through our website.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- Same-day bookings may include an expedited fee.
4. Liability
We are insured and handle all items with care. Spiffy Movers is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items not properly packed by the customer
- Delays due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access to pickup and drop-off locations.
- Disclose all heavy, fragile, or oversized items during booking.
- Be present at the job site or assign a representative.
6. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service due to unsafe conditions, illegal requests, or non-compliance with our policies.
7. Changes to Terms
Spiffy Movers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
